No coincidence

OK, let me just say that it is no coincidence that the last blog post was "And, he's off" (about TJ walking) and that happened to be over 2 months ago. I kind of dropped off the face of the blogging world for awhile. I've been chasing that little guy all over the world. He is into everything all the time (very much not like his big sister was). I'm beginning to discover what a sweet, calm, easily re-directed toddler she was (if only I had known that at the time, I could have appreciated it a little more). One of her favorite things was to sit and read books and still is-- NOT THIS GUY. I can't get him to sit still for anything. Well anyway, I'm back- maybe not as often as I used to be, but we've got high speed internet service now (hello, 21st century- the Dement's are starting to arrive) so hopefully I can add a quick and easy post every now and then!

Some of what you missed...

Oh yes, he loves to eat too- gotta fuel up!

Wow, they just keep coming- how cool!

I'm surprised he's actually sitting. He's usually standing or walking around the tub- totally not safe. We've had to work extra hard on that one- no busted heads please!

TJ and his best friend Grant (Travis Roberson's son for those of you that know him). "Look what I can do Grant" says TJ.

"I'm not sure that's such a good idea TJ" says Grant.

Welcome to the 21st century- you know we just entered not too long ago :) It is a whole new world! Yeah, our kids are opposites. My first is the one who didn't/won't sit still so Shelby (except for wanting to be held all the time) is a little bit easier in that aspect. TJ's hair is just getting prettier and prettier with his light blonde locks!

Yes those tissues are amazing. Austin does that with the wipes and I have a blast going around the house collecting them.
He is a doll.
